Design
The Czechoslovak roundel of red, white, and blue symbolized national identity for Czech pilots who escaped occupied Europe to fight with the RAF. Their aircraft bore this insignia in exile, marking their contributions in the Battle of Britain and other campaigns. It stood as a symbol of defiance and patriotism in the face of occupation. The marking was used on Spitfires and Hurricanes flown by Czech squadrons in Britain. This shirt pays tribute to those who continued the fight for freedom far from home. Distressed styling reflects the grit and determination of these pilots.
