Design

This pre-war roundel marked U.S. Army Air Corps aircraft from 1919 until 1941. It featured a white star and red center dot on a blue field. The insignia was seen on training planes, early bombers, and pursuit aircraft before America entered WWII. After Pearl Harbor, the red dot was removed to avoid confusion with Japanese markings. This shirt preserves the classic design in a vintage distressed style.
